A Lithuanian software company delivering senior software architecture for Nordic teams. Twenty years of enterprise work, a short flight from Stockholm.
No staffing-agency headcount games. You get senior hands on the architecture, working the way Nordic teams already work: remote-first, direct, and accountable for what ships.
For Nordic software houses with more .NET work than capacity. We take a workstream off your plate and deliver against your standards.
For systems that grew faster than their design. Performance, deployment, and the unglamorous reliability work that keeps regulated software trustworthy.
We use modern AI tooling to move faster, reviewed by a senior engineer at every step. Leaner delivery, not lower standards.
From modern cloud delivery to legacy systems others won't touch. We pick the tool for the job, not the other way around.
Government, regulated finance, and systems people depend on. The kind of context where "works most of the time" is not an answer.
A video conferencing and meeting-archival platform delivered for more than 20 municipalities across Lithuania.
A document management system built for the Ministry of Justice — secure, auditable, public-sector grade.
Automated deployment pipelines that cut release cycles from 30 days to under one, on an enterprise financial platform.
Performance work taking page loads from 5–10 seconds to under one, in a global healthcare technology context.
"Paulius successfully built a complex internet solution for us from scratch. I would definitely hire Paulius again for a future project."
"eSoftware Solutions is a great partner to work with thanks to their versatility. When you said 'we can build that', it was no word of a lie."
The founder spent formative years in Scandinavia — studying in Linköping and at Linnaeus University, and living in Trondheim while doing a thesis and internship for a Norwegian company. The flat structure, the directness, the trust-based way Nordic teams collaborate: that's familiar ground, not a culture to be briefed on.
Swedish is a little rusty these days, so day-to-day work runs in clear English — but the cultural shorthand is still there. Before eSoftware Solutions, the founder spent years as a senior engineer at international software companies, including GE Healthcare and Bentley Systems.
